I visited Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. I had bread, stew and potato salad for late breakfast at a café. The stew was cooked with beef, vegetables and rice noodle and was topped with something like lard. I was afraid that stew might be too heavy for breakfast. But it warmed my body up and was suitable for cold Mongolia.
